Blake is a graduate of the Texas A&M University School of Law. Prior to joining the Firm, he clerked or the Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas and Judge Jeffrey Cureton of the U.S. District Court for Northern Texas. Blake spent a considerable amount of time in law school participating in oral advocacy programs, and his awards include winning the American Bar Association’s Moot Court New York Regional Competition. Blake was inducted into the National Order of Barristers in 2016.

He now focuses his passion and desire to advocate on behalf of others in practicing intellectual property litigation and other complex commercial litigation matters, advising on patent, trademark, trade secret, breach of contract, and antitrust claims.

Blake’s hobbies include cooking and hunting, raising his 9-year old German Shepherd, and volunteering his time to help coach Moot Court at Texas A&M School of Law.
